It’s not like I could ever take Serah seriously enough to begin with; Square throwing her in that outfit didn’t help at all.
It’s insulting. It’s not just the skin showing, like I said, because to be ‘fair’ about it Square can technically throw Noel in some kind of shirtless attire to even things out; but I assure you if they did he’d still look like a bad ass in some way. While Serah doesn’t look intimidating in the least in that outfit. And they wouldn’t throw Noel in a speedo because that’s ridiculous
and we wouldn’t take him seriously,
and that’s far too degrading for a male lead.
